Stuffed Seafood Lobster

This is a perfect way to utilize a BBQ!  Stuffed Seafood Lobster!  It looks complex but this is a very easy to do.  This might even trump that Steak you’re going to make to on the side with it.

Stuffed Seafood Lobster

  • 4 lbs Whole Canadian Lobster
  • 10 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Scallops Cut up into small pieces
  • 1 cup Black Tiger Shrimps Cut up into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Large Shallots Or 1 Red Onion for every 4 Shallots
  • 1/4 cup Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 cups Ritz Crackers Hand crush. Leave large pieces
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Unsalted Butter For drizzling


  • In a pan add butter and melt
  • Add onions then garlic, saute till soft.
  • Add Scallops, Shrimp and Crabmeat and lemon Juice. Cook for 5 min
  • Add Parsley, crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan Cheese and cook for another min.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Clean lobster and cut in half. Don't forget to crack the claws.
  • Put lobster on a pan and place stuffing on the inside of the lobster cavity. Any extra stuffing just put around the shell.
  • Drizzle stuffing with butter.
  • But on BBQ till the shell is nice a red. About 30 min covered at about 350-375F. Lobster size will vary. But you get the idea! The top should have a nice golden crust.


If you find the top of the stuffing is starting to burn just top it with a little more butter.
