Vietnamese Grilled Pork
  1. Mix well.
  2. Marinade overnight in the fridge.
  3. BBQ on a medium heat and cook till each side has a caramelized sear look to them. A hot heat is fine too…you just need to watch it closely. See my note below.
  4. Squeeze a lime over everything for the last minute of cooking.
  5. For serving you can add some peanuts.
Recipe Notes

Tip:  When cooking try and do it two parts.   Start on the hot side of the grill.  This will sear and caramelize the sugar in the marinade.  Before it starts to burn then move them to the cooler side to cook them through.
