This is a perfect way to utilize a BBQ! Stuffed Seafood Lobster! It looks complex but this is a very easy to do. This might even trump that Steak you’re going to make to on the side with it.

In a pan add butter and melt
Add onions then garlic, saute till soft.
Add Scallops, Shrimp and Crabmeat and lemon Juice. Cook for 5 min
Add Parsley, crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan Cheese and cook for another min.
Clean lobster and cut in half. Don't forget to crack the claws.
Put lobster on a pan and place stuffing on the inside of the lobster cavity. Any extra stuffing just put around the shell.
Drizzle stuffing with butter.
But on BBQ till the shell is nice a red. About 30 min covered at about 350-375F. Lobster size will vary. But you get the idea! The top should have a nice golden crust.
If you find the top of the stuffing is starting to burn just top it with a little more butter.
