Death by Grilled Cheese!

Talk about the ultimate comfort dish!  And for all you boaters and/or drunks out there…Bourbon is required!

I like to mix Gruyère with Havarti or Arugula at room temperature.   Mayo on the outside, jam on the inside for each slice.  Med-low heat on a pan use the herb butter and add some chopped Rosemary.  Place sandwich on top and cover, this will help the cheese melt.
