This is an incredible noodle sauce mix.  You can pretty much use it on anything.

Best results are if you make this the day before and put in the fridge.

  1. Heat Oil on Medium in a pot.
  2. Add Shallots, Garlic, Ginger and Chilli for 5 min. Till Tender
  3. Add Palm Sugar
  4. Add 3 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
  5. Increase heat and stir till liquid is evaporated.
  6. Reduce Heat and Simmer. Cook for about 3 min.
  7. Add 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
  8. Add 3 Tbsp. Coconut Cream
  9. Add 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce.
  10. Add 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  11. Add 1 Tbsp. Sweet Soy Sauce
  12. Add 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
  13. Cook for another 3 minutes
  14. Add 4 Tbsp. Curry Powder.
  15. ¼ Cup Chicken Stock.
  16. Add 1 Tsp. Turmeric Powder.
