Marinades are kind of funny, especially with beef where it really doesn’t do much.  But then again it all depends what you’re doing with it and what you’re using it on.   Example: marinating a thick piece steak on a BBQ is futile really.

This is my swiss army knife marinade.  I especially love it with Chicken but works with everything.  Try it on a steak flank and be blown away!

Marinade (2 hours to overnight) enough for 4 single chicken breasts.
