I bet you can already taste the tangy, crunchy and pickled Jalapeño just by reading this.
Add all indigence into a jar. Allow to sit for a minimum of a couple of hours. I make my jar the day before.

- 1 Chopped Shallot Use a small one
- 1 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Kosher Salt
